Your attendance benefits our program in two vital ways: not only are you helping to celebrate their good work, you are also generously subsidizing the cost of dinner for our devoted HIPPY staff!

Menu Options:

• Cheese Tortellini with Carini’s marinara sauce
• Char-grilled Salmon, topped with capperi pomodori (tomato, onion, capers)
• Chicken Parmigiana- lightly breaded, sautéed and topped with Carini’s spaghetti sauce, parmesan and fresh mozzarella
• Melenzane Parmigiana- thin-sliced, deep-fried breaded eggplant layered with Carini’s spaghetti sauce, parmesan and fresh mozzarella
• Lasagna al Forno – lasagna noodles layered with meat sauce, three cheese blend
